The Project Ethos
One name, two doors
Project began as a simple idea: coffee is better when it's unhurried. We built a café for the building we live in, and a school for everyone outside it who wants to learn how we make it. Over a year ago project was just an idea, and something for me to waste time on thinking about. I went quiet, a lot of setbacks, a lot of restarts, a lot of prayers, and finally it's led me to this — it's not finished, but this is what project meant to me, about being raw, never the finished article.

The Café
A quiet counter inside the building, run for the people who work here. It's where the day starts and where meetings quietly move when a room isn't needed.

The Barista School
The same standards we hold ourselves to at the counter, taught to anyone who wants to learn — whether you're pulling your first shot or building toward a career behind the bar.
- Beginner to advanced workshops, small class sizes
- Espresso, milk texture, brew methods & roasting basics
- Public sessions run Wednesdays and Saturdays, 11:00–14:00
